  • 2020 Camp Applications will be available January 2020.

  • Once application has been reviewed, employment notifications will be sent

  • Applicants will be chosen based on need (total camper numbers)

  • Applicants may apply for as many sessions as they wish, but may not be selected for all

  • Only applicants available Monday-Friday of the session(s) applying for will be considered

  • Selected staff must attend mandatory staff training dates.

What is senior staff?

Senior Staff is made up of 10 staff members (18 years of age or older) who live on campus during camp. They will all be trained to facilitate the ASCEND Ropes Course as well as be certified as an open water lifeguard. All senior staff will work together to provide an outstanding evening program for our overnight campers, create and perform skits every morning that represent the theme for the day, make camp announcements, and help clean campus everyday when camp ends. Everyone on senior staff will also be required to work two weeks as a cabin leader.

Senior Staff Positions

CIT Staff - Each day, the CIT staff will lead a leadership development program for our 7th and 8th grade campers.

IMPACT - IMPACT Staff will spend their days facilitating the ropes course and working as lifeguards at our water activities. In the evening,

Senior Staff Roles

  • Each senior staff will serve as cabin leaders for overnight camp

  • Create and perform high energy skits based on the daily themes

  • Make camp announcements

  • Clean the campus everyday after camp ends

  • Create and facilitate evening programs for extended care and overnight campers

  • Serve as ropes course facilitators and lifeguards for all of camp

  • Once application has been reviewed an interview will be set up with the applicant

  • Only applicants available from
    all 5 weeks of camp as well as the training retreat will be considered.

All applicants must posses the physical ability to work as a ropes course facilitator as well as pass the required swim tests for open water lifeguard certifications. (Failure to complete

  • Applicants will be notified of their employment status following the interview

  • Selected applicants will need to complete a criminal background check and Safeguarding God's Children before arrival at camp

  • IMPACT Staff will move in Sunday, June 28 and will stay until Saturday, July 31.
