Meetings & Retreats
With the indoors and outdoors packaged together we are the best resource for an all-inclusive location and one-stop sanctuary for off-site meetings and retreats. We have spaces for groups from 15-150 with complete customized set-up, A/V, WiFi all included. Onsite catering, teambuilding and other activities can also be customized for your groups.
Family Reunions
For the day or overnight, we have the right indoor and outdoor spaces to fit your family’s needs and can even sleep up to 99 people throughout our campus. Plus, with rentals, A/V and WiFi all included, and the ability to add customized catering and activities, your precious time together stays yours.
Special Events
Whether celebrating a class reunion, staff party, club gathering, anniversary, birthday, or other similar events, St. Columba's beautiful facilities are the ideal location for your special event. Banquets usually take place at Scheibler Lodge. Our dining room can be set for up to 65 people, and our meeting space can be reconfigured into a large banquet room for up to 120.
St. Clare Retreats
A ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of West Tennessee, St. Clare Retreats were founded in 2002 to provide silent retreats for women of all denominations and faiths. Participants follow the Psalmist’s invitation to come away for a time, to experience God’s presence in silent community. Half-day retreats are held monthly, and there is a weekend-long retreat every fall.
Weddings
Our beautiful scenery and warm facilities create a special setting for those who want a simple wedding without the fuss and formality of other venues. Decorate the space as you like, hire any caterer you want, and our staff will be there to make sure you have the wedding you've been dreaming about.
Team Building
From team building to camps for kids, our beautiful sanctuary away from the city offers opportunities for every age, skill level and desired outcome to come together in a unique, shared experience. With high ropes to high adventure, our trained facilitators and guides can add special memory making opportunities to your retreats, reunions and meetings.
Overnight Lodging
If you'd like to extend your meetings and events for more than one day, our variety of overnight lodging is ready for your stay. A total of six different lodges can accommodate up to 99 people with rates as low as $35 per person per night, excluding meals.
